OUT OF STOCK ORDER
Since the range of the products we sell are relatively extensive
so it is difficult for us to make the inventory 100% accurate .
sometimes you will receive the notification for the out of stock items
during the process of preparing in your order though they are shown in stock on the website when you ordered them. We will email you to ask for your opinion ,you can choose to replace them. maybe this will result in some delay to the dispatch of your order. In a general way, some items may restock and some item are not.
Please pay attention to the below information if some out of stock items occur in your order
If the replacement will make the total amount in your order changed because of the price difference between the out of stock item and your replacement ,so maybe sometimes you need to pay more. Please pay the price difference for your replacement as soon as possible .
For the refund of the out of stock items, as our common practice,it will be refunded to your account in DAC not in your bank account, so you have over payment to DAC and use your over payment on your next order overpayment or balance will be deducted to your next order directly.
'it also can be refunded to your paypal account after your request to the paypal is received by us .
About the out of stock items which make the trouble to you ,we are so sorry ,just please do understand ,but we will update the inventory more often to avoid it happen .

DRESS ASIA ORDER POLICY
1. Payment Payment must be settled with-in 24hours only, if not yet settled with in 24hours we will cancel your orders so that other members have opportunity to get the item. If you cant settle your payment on Due-Date please contact Dress Asia Clothing.
2. Shipping and Delivery All orders are shipped from Dress Asia Cainta, Philippines where our warehouse is located. International orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks. If you don't want to waste too much time waiting for your order to arrive you can also pay for another faster shipping method such as Fedex. Local Shipping's orders should arrived 2-3 working days unless holiday and week-end since we don't have shipping every Sunday (For Holidays and Weekend Shipping it would take 3-4 days) Please contact us if you want to get a different shipping method.
3. Orders When you place an order with us, we ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email, address, phone number. This information is necessary to process your order, and we assure you that your personal information is transmitted over secure servers. DRESS ASIA VIP will not share this information to another company or any kind. Orders are confirmed by the Customer at the end of a order process which constitutes a formal, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of the Conditions by the Customer. No order may be placed and/or confirmed by a Customer without a prior reading and acceptance of the Conditions. It is recommended to the Customer to save electronically or print the Conditions.
4. No cancellation - strictly no cancellation of orders once submitted an order form.

6. Processing of invoice is with in 24hours since we will be preparing your orders and invoice, first submit order form first get the items. All order forms are line up according to time of order form received by Dress Asia Clothing.
7. Customers should wait for the invoice and total amount before paying your order, sold out items are indicated to the invoice, you can replace sold out items once you received your final invoice.
